Skipping for Health
22/6/2014
Another hectic weekend! We participated "Healthy Lifestyle: Skipping For Health" programme at Dataran Merdeka. It was organized by the Royal Rotary Club of Kuala Lumpur to break the Malaysia Book of Records (a total of 7,801 participants skipped together at nine different locations) and also to trigger awareness on the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
We reached Dataran Merdeka at 7.15 a.m. and took our t-shirts and goodies bag. We put on our white tee and started to selfie lol We even took it in front of the Milo booth like nobody cares (somehow, it was embarrassing)
The event started quite late. It only started after 2 hours and it was only giving speeches..... Then, we skipped for 5 minutes non-stop. Sounds short but really exhausting. Our battery level immediately dropped from 100 to 0 lol
After that, there were performances performed by Rebel cheerleading team and students from SMK Aminuddin Baki but the crowd made us hardly watched it. Besides that, I also met a lot of people I stalked in Instagram and Celine agreed with me haha *my friends knows the stalking power of mine*
See how are we doing in Skipping for Health event!: ALL IN THE NAME OF HEALTH:LARGEST SKIPPING EVENT ENTERS MALAYSIA BOOK OF RECORDS
#Different type of event we joined.
